To take your unit's or organization's DOCP, we need to match your information to a registered DOCP roster that was created by your DOCP administrator.

please enter the e-mail address that your leadership uses to communicate with you. If you do not know your DoD ID, it is the 10-digit number located on the back of your CAC.
